                   AN ORDINANCE ABANDONING A PLANNED UNIT
                   DEVELOPMENT ON A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 6205
                   VANCE ROAD, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST LINE OF
                   VANCE ROAD SOUTHEAST OF AIRPORT CONNECTOR ROAD,
                   MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby
         abandoned a Planned Unit Development, more particularly 
described
         herein, and as shown on plat attached hereto and made a part
         hereof by reference:
                A tract of land located at 6205 Vance Road, being
                on the northeast line of Vance Road southeast of
                Airport Connector Road.  Brittany Hill Unit 1, as
                shown by plat or record in plat book 33, page 6,
                R.O.H.C., Brittany Hill Unit 2, as shown by plat of
                record in plat book 33, page 7, R.O.H.C., Brittany
                Hill Unit 3, as shown by plat of record in plat
                book 33, page 8, R.O.H.C., and an unplatted tract;
                being the property described in deed book 3746,
                page 195, R.O.H.C.  Tax Map No. 148J-A-3.
               
              SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance 
shall
         take effect two weeks from and after its passage as provided by 

         law.
